Recently a friend gave me a call to ask for my help. From him I heard a tone unlike any I had ever heard. It was a heartfelt and desperate cry for help from a strong man in a moment of desperate need.
Quite frankly it created in me a similar sense of desperation as I stumbled with the question...can I help without causing detriment to my situation? As I struggled along this line of thought my world became smaller and smaller as I weighed and calculated the various costs of time and money that I would lose if I were to assist and leave my business for the day. As my mind shrank at the thought of paying for gas and food that I had not budgeted, not to mention the orders I promised I would place, there was an aha moment!
Suddenly my mind and thoughts seemed to pop back into a greater reality. And in the clarity of the moment I realized that I had just plunged to the same feeling that my friend had recently expressed to me whether he wanted to or not. You see he was in a helpless state and his powerful unconscious vibration literally came over me and I allowed myself to sink down and down to meet him on that temporary level. For a moment at least I permitted my thoughts to reflect less than the health, wellness and powerful center that I have attained through the use of the tools of hypnosis and meditation.
So in the aha moment I realized several things: that I ALLOWED my thoughts to change in response to the energy set forth by my friend; that I POSSESS THE STRENGTH to choose my thoughts and thus my reality; that WE CAN'T HELP ANYONE BY COMMISERATING OR HAVING PITY FOR THEM; and that from this new platform I AM COMPASSIONATE AND STRESS FREE!
Know that you can (despite surrounding energies and emotions ) create your own powerful reality. And knowing just how powerful we truly are it is now easy to live stress free with carefree compassion for the rest of the worlds that people create for themselves!
Rising up into the tranquility of the moment I chose to help a friend and myself. So the money is as good as gone but my awareness and willingness to be strong and centered helped me raise my vibration to a peaceful place...priceless. And from this place I was able to powerfully assist my friend. If I had showed up regretting the decision I would not have had the strength or intelligent insight to help at all.
In selfless action there are only winners!
