Instead of soaking in this negative mind feed, use your power of focus on “I'm always healthy,” or “I’m healthy and strong,” or anything positive that helps you to feel good.

People who rarely get sick listen to their body and their actions are inspired by their focus on how they feel. They remain healthy and strong even while surrounded by family members or people in the office who are sick.

Whatever rituals you create to take the place of succumbing to illness… washing hands more frequently, pumping up on vitamin C, exercising more often… will lead to consistent well-being.

Whenever you hear that it’s “flu season,” or “something is going around,” repeat to yourself “I am healthy and strong.”

You were born with the powerful ability to focus, which gives you the capability to create the health that you desire. If you focus on being healthy and having the habits of a healthy person, you will have health show up in your life.
