The Art of Dissolving Stress

Releasing stress in thought, body and on all levels of our being is like painting a beautiful work of art. During the process of creating it is best to be in a place of peace and centered in our self with a quiet mind. Artists and great healers throughout history have searched continually seeking this place within that is the source of all inspiration. Many humans reach this place of connectedness and deep healing inadvertently through imbibing stimulants or overeating, excessive exercise or any myriad manner of achieving one thing: A feeling of tangible peace in body and mind.

When the painter, dancer, student, athlete or religious finds that state of satori he or she is said to be "in the zone" or “divinely inspired”. The "zone" as we wisely have coined, is the movement of peace, joy and source energy inspiration that moves through us like electricity through a conduit. In achieving this state that is always present and never past nor future, we paint the picture of our lives with inspiration and the brush of divinity. Stress becomes relaxation; pain melts away; compassion and health growths. Go now within and find this place and you will find the answer, the way, the yin and yang and the very peace that we all claim to desire in our lives and the lives of mothers and children and fathers across the street or across the globe.

My partner Kimberly Markison and I recently celebrated our “happy birthmonth” of December by visiting a great metaphysical gift and book store called New Renaissance in Portland, OR. We found a wonderful book by Dr. Vitale & Dr. Len called Zero Limits while celebrating our life together and let me tell you this book and the message is as amazing as you. To find the new stress free, connected and inspired life you’ve always wanted the thing to do is repeat four simple phrases: I love you, I am sorry, please forgive me, thank you.

Say this simple mantra as often as you are awake and learn the taste of enlightenment. Couple these four sentences with all moments and watch the miraculous unfold before your eyes. Soon you will be free of all stress or doubt or sadness and joy and compassion and peace will abound in your life and all life around you!

You are a work of art ever in progress and eternal. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Love long and prosper!
